Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, DaJuan Cofield’s path is a powerful testament to perseverance, purpose, and unwavering faith. With a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in psychology, DaJuan first pursued his dream of playing professional football. Earning himself a spot as a standout athlete at San Jose State University. Later, joining the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2012.

Though his NFL career was brief, the experience left a lasting imprint. The discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset gained on the field now form the foundation of his leadership style and coaching philosophy.

After stepping away from football, DaJuan answered a different kind of calling: one rooted in service. As a behavior therapist working with underserved youth in South Central L.A., he gained firsthand insight into the challenges facing many families and communities.

But DaJuan knew his mission was even bigger.

The financial services industry became the platform where his gifts aligned with purpose.
